Return and Refund Policy

Last Updated: September 2024

At Resilient Reflex LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality consulting services that meet the unique needs of our clients. We understand that there may be circumstances where adjustments to services or cancellations are necessary. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or returns (cancellations) may apply.

1. Consulting Services Overview

Our services are personalized and tailored based on client-specific needs, goals, and timelines. As these services involve significant time and resource commitments, we have specific guidelines regarding cancellations and refunds to ensure fairness for both parties.

2. Cancellations

  • Cancellation by Client: If you need to cancel or reschedule a consulting session or service, you must notify us in writing at least 30 days before the scheduled service. Cancellations made within this window will not incur any charges, and prepaid amounts will be credited toward future services.
  • Cancellation After Work Begins: If a project has already begun and you wish to cancel, you will be responsible for paying for services rendered up to the cancellation date. Any unused portion of prepaid fees will be refunded on a pro-rated basis, minus any non-refundable deposits or materials costs.
  • Cancellation by Resilient Reflex LLC: In the unlikely event that we must cancel or reschedule a service, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer the option to reschedule or receive a full refund for any unused portion of prepaid services.

3. Refunds

Due to the nature of consulting services, full refunds are not typically offered unless the service cannot be rendered as agreed. However, we have the following refund guidelines:

  • Consultation Sessions: Payments for one-time consultation sessions (e.g., hourly consulting) are non-refundable once the session has taken place.
  • Package Services (e.g., Monthly Consulting): For consulting service packages (e.g., monthly or long-term agreements), you may cancel at any time. Refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the services on a pro-rated basis, based on the percentage of the work completed to the cancellation date.
  • No Refund for Completed Work: Once a consulting project or deliverable has been completed and delivered, it is considered final, and no refunds will be issued.

4. Non-Refundable Deposits

For larger consulting engagements or projects requiring significant preparation or third-party involvement, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the booking. These deposits are typically 25-50% of the total project cost and are not refundable in the event of a client-initiated cancellation after work has commenced.

5. Dispute Resolution

We aim to ensure client satisfaction, and if you are unsatisfied with any part of our service, please contact us directly at support@resilientreflex.com. We will work with you to address your concerns and explore potential remedies, including additional work or a partial refund, if applicable.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to work in good faith to resolve the issue. If a mutual resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled in accordance with the governing law outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the last updated date will be reflected. Please review this policy periodically for any updates.
